Crisis management is the process by which an organisation deals with sudden crisis situations from Analysing to Evaluation. 

A well prepared organisation responds appropriately to a crisis situation and uses their own resources to accelerate towards a prepared recovery. Therefore they can limit the damage to their people, their business continuity and their image.

This module is a selfstudy module which can be followed in your own time. It contains the following components:

    • Different phases of a crisis
  • Lesson 2 - 45 min: The roles & responsibilities of all players within a crisis organisation, based on your own plans & procedures.
  • Lesson 3 - 45 min: The decision making processes & disciplined team meetings.
  • Lesson 4 - 45 min: Internal & external crisis communication
