Crisis management is the process by which an organisation deals with sudden crisis situations from Analysing to Evaluation.
A well prepared organisation responds appropriately to a crisis situation and uses their own resources to accelerate towards a prepared recovery. Therefore they can limit the damage to their people, their business continuity and their image.
